I'm looking for advice on how to obtain reduced muscle. Since the beginning of this year, I State working very hard to do cardio, weight lifting and eat right to lose flab junk in my stomach and thighs. I am very happy with my progress, but I found that I can't I get my thigh muscle to get any more fine (post how they were a year ago). I know that it is possible that my legs to be thinner and still muscle because they have been in the past.
Really, I would appreciate any advice on how to obtain reduced muscle!
