Can I lose 50 pounds in 3 months? [Forum]

Hello

I am 24, 5 feet and weigh 167 pounds but my doctors say that I am anaemic (strangely).They say that my ideal weight range is 116.6 106 lbs (48, 2-53 kg) .for therefore I am technically overweight for £ 50 or 23 kg.

I used to be a size 6 United Kingdom before I went to uni, but due to stress and loneliness, I started doing myself in many luxuries in life and I am now a size 16/18. I am 24, but I hope that I am 30 due to my weight.

I have started a new program where to eat only 500 calories diet consisting of fruits, vegetables, fresh juices and milk fat baja.TambiƩn do 1 hour of Hot yoga 5 times than the week and lost more than 760 calories on average per day. Also a little walk. But this is only day 3 of my diet program and really need to stay motivated for at least a month to see any significant results.

Prior to this new regime, absolutely everything a diet of soup to swim only hunger I tried but it only seems not undoable love all handlers and to make matters worse off, a terrible aspect drooping lol.The only option is lipodystrophy, but really I don't want to follow that path for monetary reasons and fear of machines lol.I fear that if you do something drastic to put my body weight, then I might suffer a heart attack or stroke and never be able to enjoy life to the fullest.

I realized that I begin to make myself in chocolates and I enjoyed every time that I'm really down or really happy, so I'm trying to balance where I am not very happy or sad too lol.

Oh the other thing is that I have completely stopped alcohol.Antes, I used to have a glass of white wine with my dinner every night, but now that were demasiado.Nunca I had any different wine alcohol and because I am so busy at the moment, I do not have much time to go out drinking with friends which is kind of good, I guess.

I really have to lose 50 pounds fast and I am waiting before Christmas and only need a little motivation and support to stay concentrated to achieve my goal.

Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?
