Survey: is prevent lack of sleep loss of fat?

In our fast-paced Western culture, one of the first things that go often sleep as we try to host again in our days.

A new form of the University of Chicago study showed evidence that lack of sleep can really derail his attempts to lose weight in fat loss.

Researchers monitor 10 overweight men and women in a clinic of rest for two independent two-week periods. Participants have the same diet and calorie consumption during both tests.

The only difference between the two trials was the amount of allowed to dream.During the first two weeks, participants were allowed 5.5 hours of sleep each night, while the second period of two weeks were allowed to 8.5 hours of sleep.

Average both trials showed the same amount of weight loss, but 8.5 test time averaged more loss of grasa.La 5.5 hour test resulted in the loss of muscle weight loss.The researchers explained that when the human body is private sleep hormone ghrelin, is released that promotes hunger and causes grease retention.
